My ideal vision is a well-funded pair of campuses providing a diverse community with the finest education possible, in an environment where students, staff, faculty, and administration feel respected and rewarded for their efforts.
My approach will be to collaborate with district members and community stakeholders to understand existing barriers to this vision, and support the best possible solutions given very challenging budget realities.
As Trustee, I will
- Promote increased enrollment to strengthen District funding stream.
Provide careful and creative fiscal oversight in a difficult economic climate.
Foster an atmosphere of openness and accountability in district operations
